How to make money writing Santa letters
Christmas is coming and for the retail industry this is a huge opportunity to make money, and my article today is about how to make money writing Santa letters.
This time of year is normally a one of celebration and joy, especially for children, but how much nicer would it be for the kids to get a letter directly from the North Pole and from Santa?
How much nicer would it be if you can make money from this? This is how you do it:
1) Contact friends and family to start with and get orders from them to write letters for their kids. You may also want to consider putting up a website to sell your services also. You can also talk to schools or day care centers or similar places.
2) Then write a letter as if Santa was talking to the kids directly. Remember to include the kids name and some stuff that is happening to the child (You will need to get this information from the parents) such as “I am so happy Tim that you have been a good boy this week. I know you made you mom so happy when you cleaned your room and she is so proud of you for doing so well at school. Santa always rewards this wonderful attitude…” You may also want to include information about their friends or even something about a problem they are having right now and give them a word of encouragement. If they have pets, hobbies or other things going on in their life, you can also include this.
3) You can download loads of Christmas images for free on PLR sites or public domain sites to make the letter and the stationery pretty and themed for Christmas. Don’t make the letter too heavy with loads of stickers though as this will add to the cost and take out from your profit. Not a good idea if you want to make money!
4) You can type the letters, but remember to hand sign them from Santa Claus. It is always nice to put a P.S after the letter as well and don’t try to sell the kids anything either as part of your marketing policy. You have already been paid for your service and if you keep a mailing list, you can make offers to the parents by email for other similar events in the year, but don’t sell to the kids.
5) Don’t forget to put a stamp on the letter. Obviously the stamp should cover the cost of the postage especially if it is going internationally. Then put the letter inside another envelope and send it to:

Make sure these arrive at the Post Office by December 15th to ensure Christmas Delivery. They will Post Mark the letters from Santa at no charge and send them out.

Trade show and conference facilities are all over the world and there is an opportunity to make money if you have some contacts.
Today one of my friends had an exhibition display at a local trade show. I spoke to him and asked him if he would mind if I tried to sell some of my products from his exhibition stand so that I could report my findings to this blog and to show that it is possible to make money with the help of some friends and bit of imagination and a trade show.
He said it was fine. He is my friend after all.
So I went onto the internet and looked for some motivational books that had giveaway rights with them. I collected these books together and put them onto a CD. So far all I had to pay for was the CD. Then I went to the exhibition display at my friends trade show booth and stood there for a couple of hours asking the people that went past if they would like motivating and those that stopped bought a CD.
At the end of a couple of hours I had managed to sell 4 CD’s and earn myself 50$.
Not too bad for a small investment, a good helpful friend and a couple of hours work.

Motivational speakers can get paid a lot of money. Their presentation skills training has paid off and they make it look so easy sometimes.
I thought I would try and make some money out of it with some of my students and do a public evening with some good old fashioned leadership training.
So for tonight I became a public speaker and with all of my students taking a turn as motivational speakers we all got some practice in. Do you know that one of the biggest fears in life is being a public speaker? Well we faced that dragon tonight.
Motivational speakers are in big demand so it sounds like a great fear to get past and they gave it their best shot and I was pleased to say for a first presentation they did really well.
So could you provide some leadership training for you area of business?
Well what was cool about tonight was that after we finished being motivational speakers for the night and after paying all the expenses I came away with about 20$.
Now that doesn’t sound like a lot, but if you think that the presentation was only for an hour and only 5 people paid, you can see there is a big room for improvement. What if next week we can get 20 people to come to our program and pay us as we practice our presentation skills.
There is a lot of room for growth here and this is something you may want to try. Get a room where you can sit about 20 people and talk about any subject you want for about an hour. Put together a small video presentation and become a motivational speaker for a while and at the same time make some money out of it.
We are going to continue being motivational speakers and practicing our skills. Who knows one day we may have a world class motivational speaker and it all came from one night, a big vision and 20$ practicing to be motivational speakers.

are everywhere, but I found this little gem today as I was searching around on the internet and I just never thought of it before so I thought I would pass it on to you.
We all send email everyday, but are you making any money out of it. well here is a great little money making idea.
If you do not have an account with clickbank or amazon or similar go and create an account with one of them now.
With amazon you will also need to go to the bottom of the page also and go to the amazon associates page and get an account with them also. Once you have done that create a widget or link as an affiliate link for a book that is related to a subject that you like and grab that link and stick it into every email that you send out. This is a numbers game and someone will click on it and buy the product earning you a few dollars each time. You could add the link as a signature to your emails. You can even change the link every day to give your reader variety.
This is a very simple way of earning money for doing something that you do everyday anyway and only takes about 5 minutes a day to set it up. I think that this is a great Money Making Ideas.
